About me
Quality Entertainment since 1993

I had the chance in the early years of this profession in Romania

This is what I always wanted to do. There are people who feel from a very young age that this is what they want and must do in life - I am one of them! Music is the main passion of my life and the line that I have followed regardless of the circumstances. My basic training is the Faculty of Socio-Psychology, but from a certain point of view it can be said that it is adjacent considering the old salary states in the musical field. It is true that I had the chance in the early years, but this was largely due to my musical activities that recommended me.

It all started in January 1993 when some guys who knew that I had always been passionate about music, offered me the opportunity to work as a DJ at Radio Uniplus. It was fascinating from the first moment I got in touch with the mixer and I realized that I had only dreamed of getting into this position. Things happen quickly sometimes and I found myself admitted to the broadcasting team! Wow! Now the years in which I had collected discographies on cassettes, tapes, vinyl or CD seemed justified! Finally, my knowledge of electricity and electronics found its applicability, radio being a small universe of cables, buttons and fine adjustments. It is much easier to do something in the technical field when you understand the principles hidden from many. It is impossible not to note the fact that my experience as a musician (I played in a band, on guitar and bass guitar) was a very strong asset that contributed to my radio success. Simply put, a musical ear is absolutely mandatory when working with rhythm or music.

Since I started working in radio, I have also become familiar with another branch of the DJ profession: that of event DJ. It all started with a friend who asked me to be a DJ at his wedding, considering that he listened to my party program on the radio and really liked it. At that time, I didn't know much about what that meant, and I even had reservations about folk music, which I was not good at at all, but I accepted based on our friendship and his desire to honor his event. I felt more comfortable in the studio, but direct contact with the audience made me discover something that radio doesn't offer: versatility. Intuitively understanding the audience and making a program that would please those dancing in front of you was a different challenge. Radio was like a flight simulator, but at a party you are really in charge - the entertainment of those present depends on your ability and experience! And the most important things are: creativity and adaptation - to put the right music at the right time, to create suspense, anticipation or tension, to know how much you can push the limits and when to let the audience breathe. The art is unique. Almost anyone can learn the technique! After the first party, more and more requests started to appear, from those present at the event who liked my performance, so I decided later to buy my own equipment and dedicate myself to this. The requests diversified: corporate parties, clubs, reunions, birthdays, band sound systems, etc.

My radio experience has always helped me and is even useful to me today. I have done commercial audio production and broadcast production: - Talk shows: “Tovarasii Tai” (2000-2002) - Radio Contact, - Parties: “Friday Night I Have no Sleep” (1997-2002), “Party All The Time” , “'Till the Morning Light” (1997-2002) – Radio Contact - Specialized shows: Star 30 Airplay (2003-2006) – Radio Star, Love Theory (2000-2002) - Radio Contact - TV shows: Star 30 Airplay (2003-2005) – Prima TV - DJ in clubs (Salsa You And Me, Energy, Twice, Onyx, Fratelli, Evolution) parties or events.
